Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

N-E-W Texas Spring Batlle Roads 2012

??what DFW site??

If you go to facebook and search for the dallasftworthpokemon page - this is where I post all the info. If you "like" the page, you can post, upload photos, etc. You can also go to dfw pokemon website and get the info there.

Juniors: 6-12
Seniors: 6-18
Masters: 60-90

I LOVE your optimism!!

Any prizes, raffles etc ?

I'm working on it - my stash is getting a little low. Will see what I can dig up.

Sometimes I feel old...

Welcome to a day in my life...........

what is the turnout typically for Battle Roads in each division?

Ron's got the Juniors and Seniors down right, but the Masters is an overestimation. 60 is about the max you would ever see; I'd anticipate more like 25-40.

Such a Great time today!! 6 Rounds of Swiss in Masters!! Need to tweak Grass Hopper for next week... maybe!!

MANY thanks to everyone who came to UTA last weekend. A big shout out to Kaushik for the use of the Science Hall rooms. Fun to be on a university campus again. Takes me back...........

Me and my brother may be at some of these in June, I will be back in the area for a couple days ;-)

Gotta see my momma and grandma (belated mothers day gift).

So here's to hoping ;-)

Did David ask Brad to scoop so he could get the win like he did with Brit and Austino??
Way to get a Battle Roads win with what should be a 3-3 swiss record. Two people with legit 5-1 records (I was 4-2, before anyone gets any ideas) were kept out of Top Cut, because the Tom Bean champion begged his buddies to scoop and give him the wins, when he legitimately lost the matches.
I actually had a lot of respect for David and his accomplishments, and told him so after I destroyed him in round 2. But now it seems that he's really only a .500 player that gets in top cuts when his boys feel bad for him. Is Pokemon like NASCAR now, Where a group of people enter a tournament and pre-determine who goes and who stays in a tournament?
I guess this is what Pokemon means by "Spirit of the Game", right?

^Tangential, but I'm pretty sure they played it out since they both need points.

At any rate, sounds like a real drama fest. Glad that this was the day I chose to skip.
