It will be a Stage 2 pokemon challenge.
There is an unknown metagame.
No ban list.

So then how are the ex's going to work? From what I understood the nowadays Ex's are different from teh ex's in deoxy's in the definition of the ex.

I thought it had to deal with mechanic wise for like when a poke power or poke body targeted ex's thats what I was wondering about.

the only thing worth using from past sets would be the trainers because the pokemon are underpowered compared the ones today.

I believe Poke Powers are still Poke Powers. They are different than abilities. I also am not 100% but I believe the old trainers are still trainers and item cards today are just different. Could be wrong?

Since we aren't doing an online challenge, it isn't a concern. I've been told there is a way to use unlimited cards on Playtcg. That I could be wrong about.
