Was looking for your guys input as I made one earlier and it was terrible. I got to play one test game before online went down and it went pretty good. I thought about adding DCE for retreating due to all of these having pretty hefty retreat costs and also it'd power up Registeel faster but not sure if ti's worth it for space. Also, I don't know if running klinklang 3-0-3 with 4 candy is a good idea. I thought I wasn't going to like this plasma set but the cards in this deck and also crobat has made it a big hit. Also do you think I should run eviolite? Should I consider running Sky Narrow bridge for easier retreating? The biggest issue I've seen is even Klink costs 3 to retreat.

Thanks in advance!

Change level/ultra to 3 heavy ball 1 ultra super scoop up to escape rope, maybe one registeel for cobalion ex. Or than that your deck list looks fine. If you could find room 4 three retreat klinks is almost necessary

Why don't you switch the Plasma Durants for the NVI Durants? Then you can annoy your opponent like hell,

ive been playing this deck since about a week and a half before plasma storm came out. dont play durant, dont play registeel, just a 4-1-4 line to klinklang, 3 of them being PS, one shift gear nad 4 cobalion ex. no other pkm scramble switch as the ace spec, and as to supporters i would play 3 N, 3 colress, 2 juniper, 3 skyla. 12 energy is enough, 4 heavy ball and 1 ultra ball for pkm searching. energy switch isnt really needed, just be smart with attachment and always have a T2 PS klinklang. always try to end T1 w/ at least 2 klink also make sure all 4 klink are the 3 retreat klink from dark explorers. same for the 1 klang

Because it is NOT the strategy of the deck? His Durant he uses is to grab things from the discard pile. He is attacking with Cobalion EX most of the time. Maybe using setup ko's with Registeel. I do however, think Tropical Beach is needed, sadly. This is a MAJOR setup deck and will need all the help it can get. It's just nearly unstoppable when completely setup.

Thanks for input. I love online mode for tweaking the deck online and trying it. It is a slug if you dont get set up right I've noticed. I also need to find a shift gear klinklang. Tropical Beach would be awesome, sadly I never ever see them available online.

Alot of Hypno Lasers out right now, I added 3 Heals, might drop it to 2. I will put a new listing of what I've tweaked it to later tonight. Im limited on cards atm.

Tropical Beach is like the deck breaker here, so slow without it.

i disagree on beach. this isnt like kedo/blastoise were you cant attack T1. cobalions 30+discard special is really very helpful and can set up steel bullet kills

When I used Registeel it was always better as a 1 of tech, and you really need more Cobalion EX, so -1 Registeel +1 Cobalion. Heavy Ball + the Klink from DE make Level Ball useless as well.

I changed it to:

4x Klink
1x Klang
3x Klinklang PS (no shiftgear available)
2x Cobalion EX
1x Registeel EX
1x Durant PS

1 more cobalion ex or maybe 2 of the non ex would help me if I had them. also changed up trainers some but don't feel like typing them out, Alot of supporters to get energy every turn. It seems like if your not dropping an energy every turn you got a good chance of getting stuck. This is why I think the other Klinklangs shift gear is crucial.

This deck is a forced to be reckoned with though, it's too slow for me atm. I've moved onto crobat ps and I cant complain. Still appreciate the ideas as it helped me make it better. Once I get my hands on a shift gear Kinklang im going to give it another shot. Thanks everybody.

p.s. I went solid cobalion x3 and dropped registeel, liked it more.

Durant NVI is an interesting strategy once your opponent has ripped through his deck to find his KK counters. Sadly, It is not unstoppable once it get setup, as the concept is quite well known by now and a lot of people are running pretty hard counters to KK.
