How many packs of matte sleeves (please specify color and brand) would you take for the FA Genesect EX?

I only have 1 Lucario EX left, forgot to update it. Uhh, I can switch the Lucario EX with a Seismitoad EX reg? (similar values). I can do that, as long as you can throw in a trainer to even out the $1ish value, Muscle Band?
