From a Pokepedia perspective, I don't know what to do with this card.

It's not a promo and it doesn't have a number. I think I might just have to create a new bogus set or something and give it a bogus number.

Here you are able to research over 1200 Pokémon Trading Card Images from the 2006-2007 Modified format.

Perhaps the two figures above (found in "Researching Tower") could be adjusted to coincide as the numbers of sets/cards come and go?

Good suggestion. It's going to take some programming (I don't have time to do manual adjustments). If you don't see it in version 2.0 of the Tower, poke me.

The word "Modified" with an embedded link appears three times in the left hand pane in the Researching Tower. The top one (right above "Set Legend and Selection Control") and the bottom one (after "Click on a Set ID or the word") work fine and point to http://pokegym.net/tower/pkgmrt.php.

However the one in the middle (under "Set Legend and Selection Control") points to http://pokegym.net/lists/pkgmrt.php ... and when you click on it images from the previous format (DX-on) appear.
