I am sure this is the most broken card in the format and I am trying to figure out with what? I've tried Rampardos, Empoleon, Machamp, Straight Lucario, but noting's been perfect. What do you think is best with Lucario?

u should try it with lucario 2-2 and add in tech of absol ex and ray ex d it obviously a pretty good spread deck

I wouldn't say that it's the most broken card in the format, or that it's even broken. It's a good card but not that good. Now if it wasn't for that STUPID CRYSTAL SHARD, Salamence ex PK would be the most broken card in the format. *sigh* For now I would combo it with Empoleon. Maby in a later set they will come out with somthing that combos with it, as good as Metagros d went with Dragonite d. Now THAT could be broken. Untill then it's just "ok".

Lucario is just a decent card, it isn't broken in any way.

Lucario combos well with other bench hitters, it also combos well with stage 2's that need a little bit of time to set up (while Lucario attacks and spreads damage around). Empoleon is a common partner as it can also spread damage and snipe the bench. Dodrio (MT) could work, Absol Ex can as well. Something a bit slower like Blissy (MT) could come in and finish things off. Personally, I use Shiftry Ex (CG) as it has an effect even when on the bench, can snipe or sweep and has efficient attacks as well.

did empoleon obviosly combo with marowak?
did mew ex obviously combo with ray ex d and techs or manectric ex?
did blastoise ex obviously combo with steelix ex and lugia ex?
not that i know of.

Umm. No and it isn't exactly a "Combo" of Emp/Maro
Mew was pretty obvious with Ray / Techs. Manectric. Not really.
Blastoise ex yes with the release of Magneton/Trode.
