This deck, like any, takes practice to play. You need to play it several times against multiple decks to get a basic feel for it! You can't just take it to a tournament and expect to win...

It is not worth the bench space to play Latios ex. It's not as good as It used to be. AND ONLY 3 Trapinch?! That doesn't even make sense if you're going to play 2-3 Flygon ex! You need 4 -_-

Yep, on that list you may be a bit short on supply. I play 14 Energy in mine (That number may go down one soon). I almost always have one or two in my hand. I'd recommend more for that build. In all honesty, playing :fighting::lightning:fire::water: isn't going to do much if you don't have a way of retrieving them on demand. I'd replace them with :grass: orsychic:. :grass: Helps with Trapinch starts. sychic: Helps if Flygon ex will be your main attacker, more consistency. The Holon's Castform and Delta Rainbow make up for the obscure energy requirements!
