Autumn BR and MT prereleases in Europe

In Italy we're playing HP-DP1.

We'll get DP2 Prerelease probably in November...but it seems we'll start playing them since 10 October from what i'm hearing here.
 
FI OP appears to be one foot in the grave, evidenced by the fact that no BR's will opt for rankings and no prize support will be accorded. Similarly, MT prereleases are up to individual TO's, but again, apparently no sleeves etc support.

I'd be really surprised if Finland's OP goes from very good to nearly dead so suddenly.

A quick check on the official tournament locator for Finland shows up battle Roads and prereleases. Its not too unusual for there to be delays with events receiving the Premiere status flag, so that should not be an overwhelming cause for concern.

I can't comment upon the lack of prizes sleeves and promos. Have you checked out Finlands bulletin board? wish I could remember the URL
 
i‘ve seen on the pop website, a BR taking place on the 13th oct and a Pre-release a week before on the 6th; both in manchester. whether they will happen or not is a different matter.....

I take it the BR is not marked as a premier event and a BR and the October date is not marked as a pre-release

In which case neither is ..
 
I've edited the Battle Road Decklist, because it shows MT - Mysterious Treasures as being legal. If your format is HP-DP1, here's the decklist for you

* 8 Battle Roads
* 2 or 3 DP1 prereleases in French (Nov 17-18)
* DP2 in the format on Oct 10
* possible prereleases DP2 in French in January 2008
* all the other events of the season are planned now. Info on www.pokemon-pe.net
* some events can be added to the schedule in the future

Wow complete season planned.
2 days nationals???
I wish we also could have the date or our Nationals already, it's an event you don't want to miss.
 
Have to be honest guys, I see fairly little hope of any Pre-Releases for MT in the UK! It looks like OP in the UK is all very "up in the air" at the moment!

I agree that officially sponsored pre-release events for MT are highly unlikely. However there is nothing stopping organisers running unsuported events. I'm still trying to figure out how to structure a MT sealed event in Crawley sometime early in November. A price rise is unavoidable but it should still be possible to offer a good deal to the players.

Yep I am cetainly planning a MT release event too and maybe a side event at Londons Battle Royal :D
