Tomorrow i play on a BR and there are Electragon players and APE and Empleon players is Flygon EX Pk x1 a good tech??? why??? why not???

IN a Ape or Empleon game i don't need this card but in electragon miro (electragon vs electragon ) is flygon ex pk a good tech because he is resistance and the body is very good there.

Hmm, he might help out. Do watch out when you bring him out though, he might turn out to do exactly nothing for you.
I do fear that due to him, you'll burn your resources too fast though. Just a thought. But since you want to reduce damage done to him till below 50 (So that it will be a 4HKO), if Vire hits you for 100-30, you'll still need a hefty discard to stop Vire enough.

This card is not good, there are other cards way better! if you play this, its better to use the Flygon D and Flygon Ex DF.

It makes a nice tech against the deck, but it isn't a very popular deck and I don't think it is worth the deck space to use it. I personally don't think you should be teching cards for battles at this point, since everyone seems to be playing a different deck, many of which, are rouges.

But this all depends on what deck YOUR playing. If you play a deck with a bunch of Boost Energy and Rare Candies, then go for it. It depends on how much synergy the tech has with your deck. If you can't effectively play a tech, it is not worth putting it into the deck.

It's a very good card but it's not good as a tech

At fist glance it seems so, but when played correctly it's a beast. It works Beautifully with Delcatty ex, Delcatty, Drake's Stadium, and B:colorless:colorless:colorlessst Energy. The Boost = speed. The Delcatty = draw. The delcatty ex puts discarded energy, both those wasted Boost Energy, stuff used to protect flygon from damage, and discarded energy from the Energy Draw Poke Power. Flygon has two resistances, and when you have Drake's Stadium out and are discarding stuff with psychic protector, the opponent may not even be able to do any damage! The free retreats of Delcatty ex and Flygon ex make it easy to switch. Do not underestimate this dude... I personally think Flygon ex makes a better partner for Delcatty than Infernape or Gatr.

Edit: Whoops! I thought you said it wasn't a very good card. Sorry for misreading your post
