Haven't had a chance to get this report up till now since I've been working like MAD, but better late then never! I'll even throw in the decklist for you guys since its pretty standard anyways (and cause I'm awesome).

Looking back, I would make the following changes:
-4 Great Ball
+4 Dual Ball
Still averaging one Basic, but you can get the Castform with this. Plus I'm a gambling addict.
-1 Empoleon lv x
+1 Wager
Empoleon lv x is easily the worst lv X in the game. The Power is dumb, and the attack is terrible (cant attack next turn? so BAD). Wager is strong with Lucario/Cess, so I'd keep a 2nd one in there to avoid prize problems.
Round 1 vs Abe with Lucario/Tech
SO I TRUKROLLZED HIM RALFO... j/k :-D. I start Ryolu vs Absol ex (yes!). I attach and flip tails on kick. He attaches, Castaways for a Mentor, and passes. I Lucario, Castaway for Charm + Fighting and hit for 100

Round 2 vs Ashley with Blissey
I got a nice hand of Ryolu/Lucario and the one Mentor and was able to get a fast enough start to overpower the big EGG.

Round 3 vs Matt Alvis with Infernape
He got a weak setup of Skitty/Pass against my semi-fast Empoleons. Empoleons pretty good against Infernape!

Round 4 vs James with Lucario/Tech
We both got nice setups, but I hit a wager vs him and he had some trouble recovering. I gambled at the end and made a play that would lose to his Ray ex d/Lake boundary if he ran Windstorm in his deck, but I was fairly sure he didnt, and he didnt :-D. Close game.

Round 5 vs Lucario/Aipominonidudu (whatever the stage 1 is)
We both got solid starts with fast Lucarios, but he won the wager. I made a 6-1 comeback to make it 2-1 and would have won if I won the last minute Wager, but my RPS skills failed me .

Top 4 vs Matt Alvis with Infernape
Game 1: I get a fast Empoleon against his garbage start, and he can't recover.
Game 2: CASTFORM START! ugh. I sit back while he sets up, trying to get my Empoleons going. Gets close at the end, but he has some key basics prized, and I'm able to pull out the win.

Finals vs Ricky with Mario
Game 1: I open with Piplup vs Ryolu and do 10; he fails his wild kick. I bench another Piplup, win a wager, and do 10 more. He plays Lucario and does 30. I evolve to Prinplup, lay a Cess, and do 40. He plays the Lv x (no stance cause Cess) and Close Combats. I peck with a Charm for game.
Game 2: Opposite of game 1. He wins the Wager and beats me in 4-5 turns.
Game 3: He gets a better setup than me, and a Wager loss + Machamp finishes me off. GGs Ricky.
