This is a poll, but the correct answer is Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Granted, it's a mech and not an actual character, but it's the only correct answer.

Additionally, you chose the wrong Digimon representitive. The correct one is Daimon Masaru.

You'd just have to say Simon, Chris. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is just something Simon and the Dai Gurren-Dan created.

No, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is still the only answer. Obviously, I couldn't nominate the entire Dai Gurren-dan, so I went for the mech. You know which Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann I'm talking about though. :3 Trying to avoid spoilers since I know at least one person who's just now watching it. Not to mention it's not a living thing, so it > Light.
 
Another 6 months, and Ichigo will beat em all. I don't really know how they can make him more broken without adding an additional state of release to his sword...

Ichigo wins because he's already technically dead in spirit form. You think Light would know Kon's real name?

On the other hand, if Haruhi is at full power, aka she knows she has the power to completely alter reality, she'd win easy. If she knew what she possessed, she'd be able to block everything, even Light's Judgement.
 
You're forgetting that Tomoe Hotaru (i.e. Sailor Saturn) has the Silence Glaive or whatever it was called, which has if I recall correctly the power to kill any living thing.

Really, though, this comes down to people picking their favourite deity, and/or picking the person who's quickest on the draw. It's not really a "fight" when you consider that some of these characters are strong enough to literally destroy worlds with the flick of a wrist.

Also my vote is more for style than anything, and it goes to Agatsuma Soubi from Loveless, assuming he's at full power.
