Meganium is a card that, in my opinion, is the perfect metagame counter right now. It should beat empoleon every time. With ER2, it should beat blissey most of the time, and with a fast enough version it stands up very well against both mario and kricketune (which, no matter what some people say, are still widely played). So I thought that a fast meganium with ER2 should be a good deck, but meganium by itself just wouldn't cut it, hence the lucario. Lucario adds to the speed and is just a flat out good card. The 4 rare candy, 2 Great Ball, 2 Pokedex, and 2 Master Ball should speed everything up quite a bit. The 2 Warp point help with meganiums 2 retreat cost, and take cessation out of the active spot so evolutionary call or stance can be used. The Holon's Castform is evolutionary-call-able energy that can also bounce back a DRE to get back the extra ten damage, and if you are forced to start with it, then celio/master ball/ great ball for chickorita d and hopefully delta draw for 2-3 for a turn or two. This is just an initial list that I literally just came up with. There has been no testing at all so far.

Comments/suggestion/fixes please.

I think you could benefit from a few holon mentor or pokemon fan club (OP4 or E:AQ.) Take out a Master Ball and a Celio's to make room. You may also want another Holon's Castform or 2. I'd Take out a Rowan and maybe a tv reporter to make room.

I also noticed Meganium can literally dominate a few of the most played cards out right now, those being Lucario and Empoleon. The trick is finding the right partner to make use of it's Evolutionary Call power. Lucario itself seems a nice fit, but with Meg's power just about anything could easily be teched into a Meg based deck. To really help speed things along a 1-1 Fearow or a 1-1-1 Nidoqueen line could easily help feed Meganium after Meganium to your bench, Flygon d can help attatch energy and can pack a Flygon Ex d to kill Mario decks, Feraligatr d can make Meg hit harder and harder, Ray ex d can supply sniping, and Holon's Castform can smooth out any energy difficulties you might have. Once DP3 is released I can see this helping an Electvire deck to set up as well. Blastoise d might also be of use to remove the fire weakness should Infernape come back or Magmortar start showing more play.

As for your actual decklist you might consider Night Maintenence and possibly Super Scoop Up to help reuse both Lucario Lvl X and Meganium's coming into play power more than once. Windstorm should also be maxed out to help remove all those Cessation Crystals floating around right now.

I think speed meganium is the way to go. A lot of the things you named are too slow even with meganiums amazing searching ability.
