I won a couple of Battle Road tournaments with this, and now I'm sharing :thumb:

Pokémon (19)
4 - Chimchar
2 - Monferno
3 - Infernape
1 - Infernape lvl X
3 - Skitty (PK)
2 - Delcatty (PK)
1 - Delcatty ex
3 - Tauros

Supporters (10)
4 - Celio's Network
4 - TV Reporter
1 - Steven's Advice
1 - Copycat

Trainers (15)
4 - Rare Candy
3 - PlusPower
2 - Warp Point
2 - Master Ball
1 - Time-Space Distortion
3 - Windstorm

Energy (16)
12 - Fire
4 - Double Rainbow

Strategy: Start with Tauros and start filling your bench with cats and monkeys or go aggro with Ape if you've got the support for it. Delcatty is the draw engine, which also helps get energy in the discard for a big hit from Delcatty ex or Infernape lvl X. Celio for Tauros to kill a Battle Frontier/Crystal Beach/Holon Circle etc. Windstorm the Cessation Crystals/Buffer Pieces. Use Time-Space Distortion to recover your Infernape lvl X or Catty ex. The extra Warp Point is mainly to get around Stance, but is also helpful to get rid of special conditions of course. Could go with -1 Warp Point, +1 PlusPower or Supporter.

Looks a lot like mine. A lot of the kids around here will tell you Tauros is a waste of time, but imo they are wrong. AS people saw with the Infercatty decks that were played at my Battle Roads, Zangoose/Tauros fill the bench real quick and act as a shield against mirrors. I use 2 Warp Point and 4 Plus Power, I find that is a sweet spot.

AS far as Time-Warp Distortion, I use Nightly Maintenance. I can easily get the lost Poke'manz back through draw.

Hello.
-1 celio
+1 bebe search its good for Delcatty ex and can get you lv x Infernape (better than Prof. Elm)

Imo no Tauros, 1 Chingaling should be fine.
Plus power is needed. 3 is fine
1 Cast away
1 strength charm works well with Castaway
2 Wind storm. 3? I do think so, could slow you down more than help you.

Hope this helps, fire decks rule!

Wow...as my buddy Slack said above, this is a lot like his and my deck. I run Zangoose over Tauros mainly because Zangoose is easy to get and he is unaffected by Special Conditions, which took my opponent by surprise in League 2 weeks ago. I did not use my deck at our current Battle roads because I was testing a new Feraligatr deck build of mine and I lent my Infernacatty to a friend who actually placed 4th, while I placed 3rd with my Feraligatr deck. My only loss in the regular rounds was to my Infernacatty.

I personally don't use Master Ball. Quick Ball would be a better choice, but I don't use either.

My deck consists of:

Pokemon (20):
3 - Zangoose
4 - Chimchar
3 - Monferno
3 - Infernape
1 - Infernape Lv X
3 - Skitty
3 - Delcatty (changing to 2 Delcatty and 1 EX when I get it this week)

Energy (18):
14 Fire Energy
4 Double Rainbow Energy

Trainers (22):
3 - Rare Candy
3 - Celio's Network
3 - Bebe's Search
3 - Energy Search
3 - Night Maintenance
3 - Professor Rowan
4 - Holon Adventurer (instead of TV reporter)

This deck is fast and runs consistent.

Tauros is dual-use. It can get ride of stadiums and set up your bench. I like it a lot. Mentor, not so much.

WArp Point is great in Mirror Matches! I have a couple of games cuz I used Warped opponent's Catty ex, and OHKO'd it with Flare Blitz and get my last 2 Prizes... IMO the Tauros isn't needed, Mentor does that for you, but interesting idea, might test that...

- 2x Master Ball
+ 1x PlusPower
+ 1x Quick Ball or something...
