BAKING?

I personally love to bake things of all kinds, I just finished baking some oatmeal cookies

so anyone else here share a love for cooking in an oven?

Ugh, I'm in the foods room during my advisory period (aka nap time) and it smells soo good every time I walk in. But she won't let us cook anything at all. :/ Anyways, baking is cool, though I dont' do it.

You can't hire aslave. A slave is one who works against his/her will and does not get paid.

I love baking. I have fond memories as a little girl standing on a chair, mixing cookie dough. Oh, it was a big deal getting to use the mixer! Back then we licked the beaters and the spoon. I confess: I still do.

Baking is fun. I have a sweet tooth so cookies are my favorite. Then I love sharing them. Home baked cookies are the best. I lived in Texas for 20 years where it's brutal to turn the oven on for baking. Now I'm in Oregon where the weather is fine for baking year round.

Now that it's fall, I'm baking pies with all those local apples. yum. :wink:

The only cooking I ever do is when I go camping. That usually means cooking in a dutch oven,over an open fire,or on a propane stove.

I LOVE cooking for some reason. It makes no sense to me, bt I do.

Once I made a huge brownie cake for my mother's birthday. Chocolate icing and all. It was one of the best birthday cakes I've ever had.

Although I have not cooked many huge projects, I enjoy it a lot.
