This is a deck based on Electivire and Blissey:

Pokemon: 20

3-3-4 Electivire (I'm only running 4 Electivire instead of 3/Lv.X because i can do more damage. I want it, but it is too hard to get.
4-4 Blissey
1-1 Magneton (tech)

Trainers: 25

2 TGW
4 Celio's Network
3 T.V. Reporter
3 Windstorm
2 Holon Mentor
2 Might Maintenance
4 Pluspower
2 SSU
3 3 Bill's Maintenance

Energy: 15

3 Boost
12 Lightning

Strategy:

Try to get out a Blissey as active. Get an Electivire on the bench evolved from Elekid. Attach energies to Blissey. Use "Happy Chance" until it takes heavy damage. move the energies to Electivire and SSU Blissey. Bring out Electivire and "Giga Impact" the defending pokemon. Then, take Blissey out again and Happy Chance for mmore energies. Move them to electivire again, and "Giga Impact."This isn't a bad deck if you can use it right. It is all about heavy damage. Any help or comments would be grateful.

I think there needs to be a 2-2 line of riachu. The trainer line is really weird, blissy decks ussualy the trainer lines look something like

4 plus power
4 quickball
3 tvr
3 celios
3 mentor
3-4 castawy (2 in your situation)
3-4 tgw
3 ssu
2 windstorm
3 tsd

pretty ruff trainer list, plus i know it goes over by a lot, but just saying i would try to play something like that for this deck =/

Drop the magneton and don't add Raichu. Neither is helpful. The Super Scoop Ups are also not that useful. Add DRE/Scramble and some Steven's/Copycat.
