November 4th is the date. At 2 AM is the time (so set it before you go to bed, unless you are a night owl).

BTW they changed the normal dates, to see if it affected energy, They might change it back, by next year.

Normally (until this year) DST started The first Sunday in April, and ended on the last Sunday in October.

This year (and until they change it) It is the second Sunday in March and the first Sunday in November.
