If I goes first, I win as they don't have any rare candy. Since I may castform as starter, I can probably get a unhurt T3 Meganium d and go for delta reduction. It hurts 50.... .and I kill it.... .Without DRE, I can still loss because of speed.... .but anyway, here is where Stages of evolution shines. This proves the importance of Windstorm. Even if I am losing, I have scramble energy to counter

This is the worst matup, I think.... .Reasons are as follows
1. I can't reduce Dusknoir's damage
2. I cant stand long because of Dusknoir's Power
3. Nidoqueen d's Boostable attack fears me
4. Castform as starter make me nearly impossible to get a T2 Meganium d
the only way I may win is Skarmory on bench, Drag off Dusknoir and do as many damage as I can

Easy, I can ohko Feraligatr and Delcatty and Magneton....

This one is not easy even with my meganium d.... .but if they don't have any rare candy, I may win.
Castfrom, draw, they evolve happiny, if any to chansey, I rare candy to meganium d.... .and then I can control the whole match.... .Lake's Boundary really works here.... .but what if they use holon energy FF??

Riolu can ohko a castfrom, but need a flip....anyway, I can always buffer piece.... .kidding.... .the most terrible in this deck is cessation crystal.... .again, here is where windstorm shine but the speed still make the match hard

I have buffer piece.... .but still the fire weakness make Meganium weak to INfernape.... .but become 2 hit ko
Skarmory ex is pretty good here, so they cannot abuse their free retreat cost....
can win after the adding of BF....

I like the Drag Off - Skarmory ex combo. Clever. The only thing I would suggest is Ray ex to finish what Skarmory ex started.
 
Croconaw MT is a beast in this deck. Get all those DREs and Scrambles. Yea Ray is a great addition.

Yea add in DREs and more scrambles. It works better that way if your starting with Castform,Lucario is still being played.
 
I've played a lot with this deck, and I can safely say Ray EX is NOT a good tech... and Skarm is questionable.

4-2-4 Gatr is a must... and I don't see how you sleep at night not playing this with 4 rare candies. Buffer piece really isn't as useful in this deck as you might think, you don't really need more than 1. Strength charms allow you to OHKO Blissey with Lake Boundary out, which is very important.
 
I don't know about you but my Ray ex tech was the gamebreaker when going up against Flygon ex d thus winning my first BR for the season. If you use it at the right time Ray ex can the best card in your deck.

Play around with this to see whatever works best for you

As for trainers IMO (In My Opinion, for those who don't know):
- Meteor Falls and + Rare Candy (to make it 4)
-2 Holon Adventurerand +2 Island Hermit
The only things I'm not too crazy are the Buffer Pieces (since DR reduces 30 anyway), Battle Frontier, and Castaway (although I understand it's in there to get the tools). I would also urge you to squeeze in one more Windstorm cuz if Cessation Crystal hits the field, it's a wrap.

As far as energies go I always run at least 15 single energy so I don't end up dry T1 but here's what I would do:
-2 Scramble Energy and +2 Fighting Energy
This is optional, of course anything I suggest is optional but with me I never plan on being behind so I don't even bother with Scrambles. Adding the extra Fighting energy will increase the odds of being able to attack with Mega d, but like I said that's just my reasoning. Besides, getting Scramble T1 kinda defeats the purpose, right?
- DRE and +Heal Energy
I've never been a real fan of DRE since Mega's and Gatr's best attacks only cost 2 energies in first place, not to mention the fact the DRE reduces damages by 10. Now I realize that Gatr's power nullifies that effect but I like the idea of doing more damage instead of making up for it due to damage reduction from DRE. Again, just another opinoin.

Other than that, I'd say you're good to go. Give it a shot and let me know how it works out for ya. Sorry if you thought my last comment sounded snoody, I was referring to Black Mamba. Good Luck.
 
2-2 Eggs d is a really good 3rd line in this deck, it's easy to set up, uses a type you're already using, and can do some big damage with delta circle if you have a few gatr d's out.

I disagree with Yoshi on the energies, though... Scramble and DRE came in handy more than almost anything else. They aren't exactly the best energies to start with, but if you're running Castaways and Roseanne's and the like, there isn't much of a problem getting early energies. DRE more than anything is useful, since otherwise you can get stuck with your active KO'd and having to wait a turn to strike back, which is never good. Heck, I played 4 DRE in mine. But I suppose everyone has their opinion, and you should try both and see which way you like it better.

And I didn't think your comment was snooty, Yoshi, and I hope you don't think mine is, because it's not meant to be. You definitely have good reasons for your suggestions, and I respect that.
 
Sceptile ex is a great tech when too much Delcatty is running around your area. Or Gardevoir ex, which is what we did it for mostly. Your energy is crazy, you want at least 3-3 of double rainbow and scramble, if you don't get multiple energy attached a turn you are dead. I'd say take out your two battle frontier and your crystal shard to make room for it. If Crystal Shard is needed because garchomp or flygon d is heavy in your area, I'd take out the meteor falls for it. Skarmory is a 100 HP ex in a bench hitting heavy enviroment, I'd drop it like a bad habit. I'd also play a Chingling start instead of Castform, less donk, plus then you can play the MT Chikorita or Totodile, which can't be 1 hit by Empoleon's and such.

actually, holon 's castform is a good energy here since it can get back my scramble energy attached to my pokemon when i am winning


on the other hand, a castform start is slower, but not bad


help on the trainer line, it looks too many

if u dont want the castys then u should replace the basics to MT ones



MT bayleef because it searches for evolution..

and its evolution searches for 3 pokemon...
 
d basic is to in case i am forced to use castform as starter, it still wont be that bad..........and yes MT bayleaf is good then


a question: will buffer piece really work well here??? is it good to take out all castform and the tools and add something else???
