Hello all,

My girlfriend really wants a deck that has something to do with her Bellossom d's (or she'll refuse to play with me). So, here's the most competitive one I could come up with.

4 Oddish d HP
2 Gloom d HP
2 Vileplume d HP
2 Bellossom d HP

2-1-2 Nidoqueen d (MT-MT-DF)

1-1 Toxicroac MT

3 Mawile CG (Chingling better?)

20 PKMN

4 Rare Candy
3 Windstorm
1 Night Maintenance
1 Warp Point
2 Str. Charm

2 Phoebe's Stadium / Crystal Beach / Another Holon Circle

3 Celio
3 Steven's Advice
2 Castaway
2 Copycat
2 Mentor

25 Trainers

4 dRE
3 Psychic
3 DRE
3 Sp. Metal
2 Water

15 Energy

The strategy:

Start with Mawile, get preferably Mentor. Start setting up Nidoqueen in the bench, and plant in a few oddishes. Pray for a slow start to your opponent.

Then, when you get Nidoqueen up, start building your Oddish lineup. Vileplume in bench, throwing dice to poison your opponent. Gloom or Bellossom using the Retreat lock. With Toxicroak in the bench, the only method to get rid of the poison is using trainers. As Bellossom is quite flexible, he can use Poltergeist to punish the extra trainers in your opponents hand. If blocking your opponents way out with Gloom's attack, you should aim for poison KO when your opponents turn ends. Use DREs or Strenght Charm for damage manipulation in this. Then you get upper hand to whatever comes against you next. You can also sweep with Nidoqueen in the endgame.

Holon Circles are for blocking an attack, as your Vileplume can poison them without attacking. As this deck can't stand too big attacks, these should give you some changes to survive for another for turn or I was thinking about Team Galactic's Wager, just to give opponent a new, trainer-filled hand to punish with Vileplume. Also thinking about some tech peek card, like Mew Ex, but it's a bit vulnerable here.

Suggestions, fixes? This is for casual playing, something to keep in mind.

first you have 7 dres lol
take 3 of them out for scrambles for when you start out with mawile
keep mawile it has more hp and other reasons
dont play crstal beach for you have 7 special energies
play phoebes for retreat cost
i dont knowe what vileplume or belssom do but best of luck with your and your girlfriends deck

Empoleonperson: 4 dRE, 3 DRE. dRE stands for delta Rainbow Energy here, as it works pretty well with different energy types Vileplume and Bellossom, as they require 3 types of energy in total.

I'm not sure if I want to use Scrambles, as Vileplume and Bellossom only need 2 energies to attack. If I were to put Crystal Beach in, I would propably change DREs to Holon WP, but as it's now, we'll test with Holon Circles first, as they're the most underused of the stadiums here.

Yo dont need draw power if you turn completly delta. You could add in 4 holons castform and make the basics and stage 1 forms delta (like queen) so you get the delta draw earliy in the game. Also take out a copy cat add in a mentor.. other trainer changes later gotta go!

P.S. does the vileploom do 40 for 2 energy plus 10 more for each trainer in your oppenents hand? what does the bellosom do? Thanks!

Well, as I'm not playing Mario or anything, the Castform thing could work here. I'm just a bit worried about these basics having only 40-50 hp, which is pretty donkable if you get a bad start... But castform + huge hands work well with this deck, as opponent's Copycat can be punished with Vileplume's Attack. This would of course require dropping the Mawiles, but that shouldn't be too big deal as Castform lets me run a bit less energy.

Vileplume d has power that poisons opponent's active with a flip, and attack with :metal::psychic: does 30 + 10 for each trainer (old ruling here, so also supporters and stadiums count). Bellossom has :water::colorless: attack that does 40 and removes Bellossom's weakness, but Bellossom's Power allows her to use Vileplume's, Bellossom's, Gloom's and Oddish's attacks as long as she can meet the energy cost. Gloom has :psychic::colorless: attack for 30 and defending pokémon can't retreat. Bellossom has 100hp, which makes her the attacker, as Vileplumes remain in bench, trying to poison opponent.

I need to get a mentor in with Castform, maybe I'll test the drop of Copycat or Steven.
