I say you run Pichu with Pikachu. Reason for it is that you will be able to recover the energy you discard faster for Electivire. I ran a similar deck, without the exxecutor lines and it ran well for me. I would at leas run 2-2-2 of Raichu. Now I know this could mess you up a little on your count. But it will help stock Electivire, as well as Rayquazza if need be. Plus with the extra Pikachu you will have the energy recovery. Good Luck!:biggrin:
 
I'm pretty sure that this won't work. Flygon ex OHKOes Eggs sr, and Flygon HP has resistance to Electivire. The only thing that could save you is Electivire Lv. X, but you have to be lucky to get it up.
I think the matchup is 50/50 with R-Gon against this deck.
