ABOUT THIS DECK

OK well this is a DWD deck with a twist as u can see. so far i am 17 wins and 1 lose at my league with it, pretty good if i say so myself! this deck works very well together, but i could use sum advice on what to include in the deck or remove bc i wll be playing it at cities. the trainer line is a little diffrent, but like i said works great together. i play the stadiums bc i do not have any windstorms and without either of those then i would be in big trouble if battle frointer was to come into play. ER2 is good card combined with AMBIPOM and also the entire deck. DRAKES and BUFFER PIECE help keep AMBIPOM in play for 1 or even 2 more turns and that can win or lose me the battle. TGM goes along with the theme of this deck and is also yet another great card combined with AMBIPOM, if ur opponet has 2 cards in his or her hand and u want to hit for 80 damage that turn just remove 1 card with mars! i was not planning on playing TGW but i always have at least 10 to 15 cards in my hand by the time i have taken 3 prizes and thought it would come in handy if my opponet played copycat. well thats all i have to say ab the deck, if anyone has any advice i would like to hear it thanks.

I think you should add Energy cards to your deck. They allow your Pokemon to use their attacks.

lol, jk. When you add those I'll see what I can do, although, there are other people that actually play this kind of deck that could probably help you out more than me.

Island Hermit and Mars as your draw seems like it would be kinda weak. Each time you get a draw card you only pull 2? I think Wager should be upped to three. If they get lucky you don't want them to run away with a 10 card hand. Wager can bring them back down.

thanks for the advice! yea i could use sum more draw power but most of the time i have what i need. i added sum new cards to the deck this afternoon such as umbreon star, rosannes research and ssu. i played it at my league and it seems so much faster and better. i removed the ER2, 1 ABSOL and the cyclone energy. i may up to 2 WAGERS just in case.

I don't really like ambipom. It messes up consistency and is just redundant.

thanks for the opinions! i was thinking ab removing ambipom, but it comes in handy and deals alot of damage when my oponnet is out or low on cards. i like the deck posted by dark ninja

I know a lot of people like the Professor Oak's Visit/Dusk Ball combo have you thought of trying it?

i was thinking ab removing ambipom, but it comes in handy and deals alot of damage when my oponnet is out or low on cards.

I was not aware that 60 base Damage (Honchkrow LV.X's second attack) + Pluspowers and Special Darkness Energy could not get you easily to the same amount of damage, or higher... PLUS your opponent can't do anything to stop the attack; PLUS you get a card back from your discard (perhaps ER2, perhaps Pluspower, perhaps Team Galactic's Wager, who knows...) when you use Darkness Wing for a KO.

Needless to say, Ambipom's just an easy 80 HP Fighting weak pokemon (BAD against Gallade, you need that Fighting Resistance on the krows for all it's worth) whom gets either donked by bad energy removal flips, or by your opponent managing to come up with cards to prevent 80 damage/just knocking it out next turn. At least, as far as I've noticed. There DEFINITELY has been better performance by pure Absol/Krow over here then the same deck but with useful trainers omitted to make space for Ambipom.

And 2 Cessation Crystal is a must. For sure. The random Windstorm/Surprise Knockouts almost demand you to have a second Crystal ready to go.

I still really like ambipom, its been good to me lol! I also like ambipom bc garchomp and salamance have been popular sense the release of sw. Cessation crystal is a must, but they are hard to come by thats why i only have one and it costed me an arm in leg in trades to get it!

ru saying that murkrow can use honchkrow LV X attacks???

Of course, as Honchkrow (LV.X) keeps the attacks/powers/bodies of the card below it. Murkrow can use ANY of the 3 attacks on Honchkrow (LV.X), and Honchkrow (LV.X) can use Dark Wing Flaps should it need to (usually happens if you need to lock Cess Crystal).

i'd drop the hermits for either another castaway and Prof oaks vist or for 2 prof oaks vist

anyways it looks good. 9/10

care to look at D-Virus in my signature?
