If you EV train it in Defence and attack (note how many) to evolve it, you can use Qualot berries to then remove the EVs once it evolves. Each berry will remove 10 evs.

I playtested against my brother yesterday, failed 3 stoke out of 4, and the only two fire spins i got off failed as well. I got one burn head, and ran out of enerrgy (Juniper) when I had taken 2 prizes, o bad games happen even with a t1 victini.

I'd take out Entei and 3 Fire for 2 switch and two victini in that case. You want enough victini/level ball to get it tun one to improve your stoke chances. Are you using the 3 retreat larvesta for heavy ball?
