Blastoise, Ray Eels, and Darkrai are all still T1. Big Basics, Cobalion, and Garbodor are T2. Everything else will be sporadic in both playerbase and results.

RayEels is most certainly still Tier 1. Also, Zekrom EX has awesome synergy with HTL and Virbank.

This is the downfall of EtherDex. You simply have to run 4 of each to ensure you get them more often. High Skyla counts help a lot. I would also consider reworking that Supporter line-up. Cheren or Bianca have pretty good synergy with a max Dex count. Colress is horrible to start the game...

If you prize a part of that line, you're putting yourself at risk of losing to HTL. You don't need Bikes, but you do need outs to the most popular trainer since Catcher.

I still just can't stomach a 1-1 Darkrai/Keldeo split. If you're intending to play this at S/P/T's, I would strongly suggest reconsidering. If it's just to play and have fun, then YOLO, do what you do.

Deck's already outrageously consistent, it can fit Victini just fine. You're almost never gonna KO all the Klinks early. Have fun with that plan if you play Darkrai and wanna consistently beat KK. That being said, I still think it's better to not run Victini and let all the KK lose to...
