I started playing Pokemon the day it was released and have loved the game since. I took a break in 2001 when I moved to Ventura since there was no card shop or league and Life and children started taking all my time and money. 
In 2007 my daughter got very interested in my old cards and in Pokemon in general. So I taught her how to play and got the bug all over again. This time I took the matter of league into my own hands and created and became the league owner of the Ventura Pokegym league. I also am a league leader of the Lompoc league.
