Yeah last year's was especially small due to the weather factor, there were almost no out of state people in Utah.

WHO DAT say dem commercials sucked? I do. They were subpar at best this year! The game was great though, Payton thoroughly out coached Peyton, and their kicker came up huge.

Or if someone who T4's Worlds last year is in the T25, it passes down as well. Last year the Master's pass down was more than it usually will be, since they ended up giving T16 at US Nationals all invites due to the pairings error.

I think there's been a few issues with this, and it's more along the lines of what BDS was talking about. I know for Idaho states, my R5 match against Karl it showed his rating when we started the match at 1693, which was at least 100 points off and then showed me losing 0 points for losing...
