So, the other day I purchased the 5 Masaki Holos (Alakazam, Gengar, Golem, Machamp and Omastar) for $154. All 5 cards are in mint condition and still sealed in their original envelopes.
Do you think I got them at a decent price?
How rare is it to find these cards in mint condition?
Sorry guys but the ONLY card I am looking for is a 1st Edition Sabrina's Alakazam in MINT condition. If you have that I will try you any card I listed.
Given that the sets appear to have just sold for $1400 and a ridiculous $2500, I think it's fair to say that the true value of the set at the moment is at least $1000.
If you thought $1400 was shocking, try this - one just sold on ebay this morning for $2500.
Check ebay's completed listing:

I guess the theory that one would be lucky to sell it for $400 just flew out the window.
Sell the 1st edition Jungle set as one bundle. It goes for about $75 on ebay.
I would break up your 1st edition base set.
Divide it in the following manner:
-Sell all the holos individually
-Sell all the non-holos as one bundle
Or, you could even try something like:
-Sell all the holos...
smpratte, first of all the specific cards I requested of you had previously sold for significantly less than what I was offering you, so I don't see how that would be unfair, but no matter. I would also upgrade that previous offer of $90 I made to you to over a $100 given that since I made you...
That would be really odd though to have a card graded PSA 10 that can't even sell for 140% of its ungraded value considering that every other PSA 10 Pokemon card that I have seen sold on ebay sells for anywhere from 300% to 1000% of its ungraded price.
I'm not saying that the PSA 10 Error...
Oh okay, I was just saying that based on the fact that I just saw the card sell for $250 by itself, so I thought if it was PSA 10 it might sell for over double that... but maybe not.
It's guesswork unless there is actually any history of a PSA 10 Error Ninetales selling in the past.
I...
I have no idea to be honest, but given that the most recent one on ebay just sold for $250 ungraded, you just may be able to approach the stratosphere of $700 for a PSA 10 one. Perhaps $350-400 if it got a PSA 9.
Also, does anyone know if this card was available in 1st edition or not? All of...
Also, I just noticed that you were implying that the Dark Charizard and the Blaine's Charizard were both Japanese.
That being the case, I would reduce the prices ranges I gave you for those cards by about half (not for the CD Promo though, which I knew was Japanese because it is only available...
CD Promo Charizard - $5 - 10
Dark Charizard - $5 - 8
Blaine's Charizard - $10 - 15
Obviously any of those prices go up if they are 1st edition and/or professionally graded, but otherwise that's about what they go for.
I have no idea about the "Pass Card".
Ehh, owning an entire PSA 10 set is just too expensive. There are only a few of these sets available in the world - probably no more than 5. Some of the 1st edition base set cards have been graded a 10 by PSA only ten times (making the theoretical maximum number of sets 10).
That means that...
Hope you get back good grades smpratte!
Yeah, the fact that these rare trophy cards as you say can't currently be found on ebay should be very good for sellers. The fact that since I've been checking ebay consistently over the last 6 weeks or so and I haven't seen any significant trophy cards...
