The same thing happens with rescue scarf every time a Pokemon gets knocked out with poison in between turns. It activates when it shouldn't. In fact, I don't think I have ever seen it function correctly when a Pokemon is knocked out in between turns from poison or burn.

Found several Garbodor glithces today: 1) Playing against a Gothitelle deck running Darkrai (with dark energy on the field, which has been a problem causing the Lugia EX glitch) and Accelgor and Mew on the opponent's bench. I had a Trubish with a Rescue Scarf on it (put on early in the game)...
