I think that you need more basic or just use a fossil mulligan to be able to get out cradily nice and fast. Then with a fossil mulligan you could try to add in more search if you already don't have it.

ideas for your deck I think you need to try and find room to up your spheal and walrein to 3 each. Or at least you spheal to 3 each because in the past the two has not worked for me but it may have for you. But if you just use the walrein to crush draw to milotic or anybody else you might want...

I played with Blaziken to firestarter the energy to swampy. I would suggest that you take out the 100hp ex because it's to bex weak. Iwould also try without the magnetons and regular swampert. Some of these changes got me a gym challenge invite.
