I would do this but I actually made a shelf just for my cards so they're out in show! haha

I don't use binders for my 'expensive' or 'rare' cards.. They DO warp because binders are basically a sheet of penny sleeves and they're not great at all... I just stack my cards in penny sleeves THEN top loaders and any other rares I don't care much about would go in a binder

solid 9 for Charizard.. hit that up in a penny sleeve & top loader straight away if you haven't already! Rayquaza would probably catch a solid 6.. so I agree.. wouldn't be worth grading!
