How do you define shiny? the rainbow effect is interrupted by the grey bg. Even the scans show it interrupted yet continuous on the black one.

I've not seen it pointed out, but the black zekrom's bg is foily. I have the impression it is a reverse holo. The grey bg is not shiny, just like the white bg on the Reshiram
