Oh I didn't notice you weren't running Switch. Yes, run 2-3 Switch, as it works well with Smeargle and Terrakion is SUPAH CATCHER BAIT all the time. Also, Dual Ball has only a 25% chance of failure, so it's not all bad.

For some additional draw, you could safely drop a Prinplup for your choice of N, PONT, or Juniper (I'd suggest Juniper).
