With the new rules Rare Candy took quite a hit. My question is, since Broken Time Space allows you to evolve a Pokemon on the same turn you played it, are you allowed to use Rare Candy to evolve the Pokemon you just played if there is Broken Time Space in play? Thanks for your time and help...

I agree with yoyofsho16 and mewbreon, Research Record is quite good as it digs deeper into your deck removing any unwated draws and still allows you to play the turn's supporter which would preferibly be Juniper or Engineer.

Actually the Blaziken mentioned is the SP so there won't be any need for rare candies. You do have a point regarding the stadiums...but which ones? The one that came to mind was Dawn Stadium.

I might give Blaziken a try to see how it does, I'm also considering adding a Rescue Energy or two.

Not really sure that Blaziken would fit in the deck. I see your point about lack of energy for Magmortar but it only needs 1 Fire so it's not much of problem.
