Black Belt adds "40 more damage" to your attacks,I assume it plays like PlusPower in that if your attack does 0 damage to start it would not gain the bonus from Black Belt? Thanks! ~spaz

With the new ruling on PlusPower,it adds 10 to any of your Pokemon that attacks this turn,rather than attaching it to your active for the turn. My question is can a player play the new PlusPower,then Junk Arm and play the same PlusPower in that same turn to add +20 instead of +10 damage for that...
