You're forgetting that Non-PTOs (otherwise known as just plain ol' TOs) can and do run Battle Roads and City Championships. I think that Spotter guy's even been known to run some on Sundays before. S.

There will not be events at Watagua or Haltom City. I'm still trying to nail down a venue for one in Arlington, hopefully at UTA. More details to follow.
