You could use Spiritomb to start, to Darkness Grace up your Combees to Vespiquens, and use Unown P to drop a counter on the Benched Vespiquen. A Call Energy would get you running, but obviously going second with a Collector would be better. Not being able to belt Vespiquen could be a problem...

For psychic, you also have Gardevoir PL as an option to let you move Psychic energy around your field. If you can't get enough on one pokemon, moving it is sometimes almost as handy.

If I may just butt in. The "times the number of energy cards discarded" refers to the energy in the top 5 cards of your opponents deck, right?
