1. If both players do not have a basic pokemon, do they draw to 8 each or is it a friendly? 2. If a pokemon's attack says "Does X damage to 2 Benched pokemon" but the opponent only has 1 benched pokemon, can they still use that attack and if so does it do X damage to that single benched...

lol don't comare it to yugioh because the RFG pile is either above your grave turned sideways or on the bottom of your mat below M/Ts. People moving them from the mat area have had game losses because of it. Why? I don't know. Maybe something to do with cheating.

Raichu deck dosen't get a spot on the list? I've seen raichu blast through most of those decks consistantly. Raichu X comes out and levels the playing field quickly.
