Without having looked anything up, and depending on the condition, I would say anywhere from $25-$35. I haven't spent as much time looking at those cards, so I am just guessing.

I don't have a specific dollar value, but I've seen it sell often in $50-$70 range (depending on the condition, the time of year, the website, etc...).
