I think I'll use my Kingdra+Kingdra ex deck. I normally use my SS Espeon/Xatu deck for modified tournies, but there is no point in using Xatu if Espeon will be KOed in a hit from the Gardevoirs I'll have to face.

Sure I would do it! You could spend $20-30 on boosters and still have no chance of getting one. And as other have said, On Ebay the prices are pretty high. Its a good steal.
