i used to collect as a kid but never played. about halfway through my senior year of high school, a few kids in my grade decided to start playing so i joined. the most recent set was arceus so we started with that and backtracked to dp. after that it spiraled outward to about 15 kids total. i learned a incredible amount very quickly and earned a spot in the top three of our group.

i now have an extensive collection. rather than sticking with one deck or type, i am constantly making new decks, improving them as much as possible, and scrapping
