What would be in a Video Game Team that Stalls

I saw someone post in earlier post that a fun first team is one that stalls. Im not looking for a plug and chug sort of thing just the idea.

Have several pokemon that are extremely bulky and can set up all three entry hazards, and a Pokemon to block Rapid spin. Aside from that, Blissey and other bulky pokemon are good, as well as screen support.

lol, was that mine? But yeah, basically everything you need was in Pikamaster's post. If it's not a problem, then Lugia is the best out of the best when it comes to stalling IMO.

Walrein is pretty good. Have hail, leftovers, use protect every other turn.......
