The two full-arts would be good for one Master Ball, Emboar + Pachirisu for the other.

Certainly. My collection picture is old, but I still have a variety of other Red, Blue, and Yellow. The list of purple Master Balls is complete though, since those are much more valuable naturally I have a select few. (I am getting more for Nationals, so yes let me know your favorite.)

FYI in general, Basic pokemon are on the red Pokeballs. Blue Pokeballs are usually Stage 1 or Stage 2. Yellow Ultra balls are usually Stage 2 or Legendary. Purple Master balls I believe are all Legendary.
 
Ok i can do pachi and emboar for one but i need to hold onto the full arts i just built a deck that needs them (sorry).

I could do 2x Ultra Balls for a Donphan Prime. I'm not crazy about it because they've shot up in value so much, but oh well.

As for the Eeveelutions, no, they're not ordinary Poke Balls. As I mention in the first post, like other coins in demand, they're worth between $6 - $10 depending on which one and the size of the deal. So figure $8 on average. Sorry if that deflates your plans a little. (Not interested in a Master Ball?)
 
So what's the Pokeball ratio on the eeveelutions compared to the normal ones? Not really interested in any of the master balls :<
 
Eeveelutions are like an Ultra Ball. (Sorry, I should have said that instead of quoting the dollar value...I've updated my original post to better reflect this.)

I'm sorry if this feels confusing. I'll try to make it up to you by giving you a good deal in the end.
