It's a surprise. They will be randomly given out throughout the event.

Yeah, I thought so too, but Karl didn't list them over at PT&E.

I will be one of the vendors buying selling and trading there both days. If you PM me an idea of what you have to get rid of I may be interested in taking it at the same rates.
 
Quick question about the vendors. Can I give them cards to sell? For example, I have two Lv. X's and i want to get rid of them. Will they buy those cards? Or does it depend on the vendor I go to?

It'll depend on the vendor. I'm sure one of them, if not all, will be happy to take them.
