Decklists will at the stores on Tuesday, November 24th. Please note that the decklists do not include the "BREAKthrough" set of cards. Use the letters as "BRT" as the initials using these cards when filling out your decklist. These cards are LEGAL for all of these City Championships. Also, please note that each tournament is either in the "Standard" or "Expanded" format. Please use the correct decklist for each City Championship.
