Gourgantic + Heavy Boots + Training Center (repost)

Suppose that I have a Gourgeist (PHF) with the Gourgantic Ability, with a Grass Energy and Heavy Boots attached (and possibly other irrelevant cards), and a Training Center in play. Would its max HP be 200 or 250?

Based on this ruling

we would expect that Gourgantic essentially replaces Gourgeist's printed HP, so reductions and additions to HP work as normal. You can stack Heavy Boots and Training Center's additional HP effects, so resulting HP is 250.
