Mars / Tormenting Spray and Hand Shuffling

If my opponent uses Mars or Tormenting Spray, am I allowed to shuffle my hand before he or she selects the random card or do I have to keep my hand in the exact same position as the card is played?

Sure you can. Players don't get to combine multiple effects into one. Their selection for Mars is supposed to be random.
