How do I make a RAICHU GX DECK???

I have two raichu GXs already. Got electric magnezone from XY Breakthrough. What do I need now?

Hi. you can certainly make a deck from either pre or post rotation . Theres going to be changes to the format but the important cards like , electric generator will stay. Cards like flaffy will be gone, but other options might be available to you. I suggest seeing cards that are available from the F block series onwards. Good Luck
