Pyroar Forbidden Light 19 and Guzma burningshadow problem in ptcgo

I read reddit about issue that Pyroar is target by Guzma even it have ability "Whenever your opponent plays an Item or Supporter card from their hand, prevent all effects of that card done to this Pokémon."

Many people think it like Primal Groudon with Escape rope but I think Guzma is like Lysandre+Switch because it must choose opponent bench pokemon and switch its with opponent active pokemon but if you can't switch opponent active pokemon with target bench pokemon you can't switch your active pokemon.

It goes totally by the target named by the card.
Guzma has the player select one of their Opponent's Benched Pokémon.
So, if the benched Pokémon is this Pyroar, they the switch will fail.

However, if Pyroar is active and a different Pokémon is chosen on the bench to bring up to active, then it will work.
