Damage reduction on bench damage, Tapu Koko SM31 vs Mewtwo SM77

Does the Pressure ability from Mewtwo [PR SM77] (when active) reduce Tapu Koko [PR SM31]'s Flying Flip damage to 0 on benched Pokémon ?
Does the same ability reduce Buzzwole GX [CIN57]'s Jet Punch to 10 damage on benched Pokémon ?
Does Parallel City (red side) reduce Glaceon GX [UPR39]'s Frost Bullet damage to 10 on benched Pokémon ?

As I understand it, in each case the damage reduction effect is on the attacking Pokémon, and the effect doesn't mention active or benched Pokémon, only the attacking Pokemon's damage. The bench damage is an effect of the attack, but it's still damage so it should be reduced. Is that correct ?

Card texts :

Parallel City : Any damage done by attacks from this ↓ player’s [G], [R], or [W] Pokémon is reduced by 20 (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

Pressure : As long as this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, your opponent’s Active Pokémon’s attack do 20 less damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

Flying Flip: This attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent’s Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Jet Punch: 30 damage. This attack does 30 damage to 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Frost Bullet: 90 damage. This attack does 30 damage to 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

You are correct about these effects being on the active Pokémon and reducing damage from its attacks whether to the opposing active or damage done to the bench. Pressure and Parallel City both work in this way.
