Regis

Go to the Sealed Chamber with a Relicanth first in your team and a Wailord last, then check the mound in the back room. That'll unlock the three Regis' lairs.
 
A quick note about catching the Regitrio (don't call them Regis, it sounds like Regis Philbin from Regis Live). Don't bother trying to freeze them. They defrost automatically with Superpower. Also there will be more Brail to translate on each chamber but here are the secrets ahead of time

For Regice's Chamber, you must read the Brail message twice to enter

For Regirock's chamber, you must read the message then walk two steps right, two down, then use strength.

For Registeel's, walk in the middle of the chamber then use Fly.

Surf east from Pacifidlog Town, staying toward the southern edge. Eventually you'll reach an area of shallow water (the kind you can walk on) that has nothing on it (No rocks, trainers, or anything else. Just the shallow water.). Surf east again from about 3-4 squares north of the southern edge of the shallow water. You should reach some water where you can use Dive. Dive, and follow the passage until you see a Braille marking on the wall, and then use Dive again. That's the Sealed Chamber.
 
Easy way to catch them, use Endeavor. have a high level Pokemon, with 1 HP remaining. They should be faster than Regi's, use Endeavor, then most likely the Regi will KO you. Switch to something with a Sleep (and Sleep effect only attack) or Paralysis and throw the Ultra Balls, and whatever other balls you want to use.

Endeavor, assuming you have only 1 HP, will assure that whatever you attack will have only 1 HP. It subtracts the difference of HP between attacker and defender. So if Regice has 300 HP, you have only 1, then the attack will do 299 damage, untainted by any stat increase, or decrease, defense ect.
 
you have to wait 2 minutes in the regice chamber before reading the braile again. also, i have cought all of the regitrio and heres a word of advice, if youre going to raise them on your team dont, they bite in battle, trust me on this one
 
Just watch a TV show. Then look back at the Game Boy screen. It should be opened. By the way, the song when you battle the Regi's are cool.
 
After opening the 1st chamber run till you see writing on the farthest of the mounds. The screen should shake and you will hear 3 doors opening go out and you can now search for the Regis.
 
Don't forget to dig at the monument in the first part of the Secret Chamber then read the brail with the pokemon in position of the second portion of the chamber.

Just go in front of it then use dig it should break down the wall, keep running straight till you bump into the very middle wall. Put a Relicanth and Wailord in their orders. The background should shake and then you hear 3 doors opened.
