Altaria(Dragon)'s first attack Dragon Dance, says if your current active attacks next turn, it does 40 more damage. SO does that mean only Altaria's next attack would do 40 more (or if 2 on 2 your other active would) or if you played switch would the pokemon that would come up do 40 more?

If Dustox is confused and tries to attack, and you flip tails would you place 3 damage counters on Dustox? When its pokebody says that "prevent all effects of attacks excluding damage." So would the 3 damage counters count as an effect of Dustox's attack, thus be negated by the pokebody?

Sceptile EX has the attack that cant be used on its next turn. Along with Slaking. Smokescreen is an effect on the pokemon that recieved the attack. So if I move the Slaking, Sceptile EX, or pokemon that was attacked with smokescreen, and send it back out, I can use Slaking's and Sceptile...
