If Blastoise uses Water log, and the opponent drops a power spray, does the blastoise players turn end? I think Power spray would stop the end turn effect, but I would like to know for sure.

I've seen the other two threads and would like to try explaining it. If my Gengar has Cessation Crystal attached to it and is KOed, is the CC gone fist, and fainting spell activate, or does the power not work because CC goes down at the same time? Hope that helped.
